New York City Crime Victims Candlelight Vigil

Each April during National Crime Victims Rights Week, the Downstate Coalition in partnership with the New York State Office of the Attorney General and the New York County District Attorney's Office come together for an afternoon of music, reflection and celebration.

In response to COVID-19, the Downstate Coalition has made the decision to celebrate this year’s Vigil virtually. Elected officials, Broadway performers, survivors and others will join hundreds of downstate residents live on YouTube for a joyous hour of music, inspiring words, and community strength.
